1. What TradeDesk provides

TradeDesk provides educational material, market reference information, planning calculators and journaling tools. It is not a broker, investment adviser or financial service, and it does not execute or arrange trades.

2. Educational information and risk

Content is general information for learning and planning. It is not personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell an instrument. Trading and investing can result in loss, including loss of your full account balance. You are responsible for your decisions and should seek qualified advice where appropriate.

Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs and instrument assumptions available. Contract specifications, conversion rates, spreads, fees, slippage and broker rules can change the result. Verify all values independently with your broker before placing any trade.

3. Market information

Market data, charts, events and technical indicators may be delayed, incomplete or supplied by third parties. Different providers may show different values. The information is for reference only and is not an execution quote.

4. Accounts and journal data

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for maintaining a backup of information you need. Guest journal entries are stored on the current device. Signed-in users can sync their own journal across devices for free. Export features are provided for your convenience; keep your own copy of important records.

5. Free access and availability

Every TradeDesk feature is free. There is no paid subscription or checkout. Sign in for account storage and cloud sync. We may apply reasonable usage limits to protect availability. Some Academy videos are still being prepared. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free data.

6. Acceptable use and changes

Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content. Do not impersonate another person or misuse another account. We may limit requests, pause suspicious activity and investigate misuse. Applicable legal restrictions may affect access to third-party services. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

Our fraud prevention and AML policy explains the checks and review process. We may update features and these terms as the service develops. The current version and effective date will be shown on this page.
