Privacy Policy

Effective 13 September 2026

TradeDesk is operated by Gerald Wanzunula. This policy explains how the TradeDesk website and companion apps handle your information. For privacy questions or requests, email geraldwanzunula@gmail.com.

Information we handle

When you create or use an account, we process your email address, account identifier, display name and profile photo where provided. We also process information you choose to save, such as trading preferences, account balances you enter, journal entries, notes, screenshots and learning progress. These are records you supply, not permission for TradeDesk to access a brokerage account.

Signing in with Google

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your basic identity information, including your account identifier, email address, name and profile picture where available. We use this to authenticate you, display your profile and associate your saved information with the correct TradeDesk account. Authentication and account records are handled using Supabase. TradeDesk does not receive your Google password and does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts for sign-in.

Google sign-in information is not sold or used for advertising. TradeDesk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How information is used and shared

We use information to provide account access, synchronise supported features between devices, respond to support requests and protect the service. Service providers process information needed to perform these functions: Supabase for authentication and saved account data, hosting infrastructure for delivering the website, and email delivery services for account messages. Technical requests may include your IP address, browser or device details and timestamps.

When you use the AI copilot, your question and relevant conversation history are sent to OpenAI along with market context to generate a response. Avoid entering passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into chat. Embedded charts, market services, externally hosted fonts and icons may receive ordinary connection information when loaded. Third-party services have their own privacy policies. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or as necessary to investigate abuse and protect users or the service.

Storage and retention

TradeDesk uses local browser or app storage to retain sign-in sessions, preferences and locally saved content. Supported signed-in records are also stored in the cloud. Clearing local storage does not by itself delete cloud records. We retain account information while needed to provide the service; deletion requests may leave limited records in backups or security logs until they expire, or where retention is legally necessary. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can edit supported profile details in Settings, sign out, and use the account-deletion option or contact the email above to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You can also remove TradeDesk's access in your Google Account settings; this does not automatically delete your TradeDesk account. Your rights may vary under applicable law.

Updates

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date. Contact Gerald Wanzunula at geraldwanzunula@gmail.com if you have questions about this policy.
