Can I keep a journal for free?
Yes. All journal features, entries, analytics and CSV export are free. Sign in to sync your journal across devices. Guest entries remain on the current device. Export regularly to keep a backup. CSV exports do not include screenshots.

Opening the workspace does not sign you in. Some tools can be explored as a guest. Use Sign in to access your account. If you previously signed in on this device, TradeDesk may restore that existing session. Sign out on a shared device.

Yes, when you sign in and your journal has finished syncing. Cloud journal sync is free. Guest entries stay on the current device. Export a backup before clearing browser data.

Open Sign in and choose Forgot password. Enter the email address used for your TradeDesk account and check your inbox and spam folder for the reset link. Support will never need your password or the private reset link.

Is TradeDesk completely free?
Yes. All calculators, Academy lesson notes, journal features, analytics, cloud sync and AI explanations are free. There is no subscription or checkout. Sign in for cloud storage. Fair-use limits apply to keep the service available.

Are all lessons available?
All eight Academy chapters, lesson notes and practice exercises are free. Some companion videos are still being prepared, so not every lesson has a video.

Check your connection and refresh the lesson once. Some videos are still in preparation. For an image that remains missing, include the chapter, lesson title, device, browser and what you see when reporting it. Your lesson progress is separate from loading a video.

Why does a calculator result differ from my broker?
Broker contract sizes, tick values, currency conversion, fees and rounding can differ. Review the contract size, tick or pip size, USD value, conversion and position increment in the calculator. Confirm these values with your broker. TradeDesk estimates do not execute trades.

No. Market quotes and charts are planning references and may be delayed or supplied by different providers. Your broker’s quote is the execution source. TradeDesk does not place orders or connect to a broker to execute trades.

Why does an older Android phone say App not installed?
The current direct-install Android test build requires Android 8.0 or newer. Android 7 and earlier cannot install this version. Try the installable web app in Chrome instead. On a supported device, include the phone model, Android version and exact error in your report.
