Country restrictions

Keep global access until Relworx confirms any restrictions in writing. Do not copy the questionnaire’s country list into this field. A restriction on a region does not mean the whole country must be blocked.

Alerts

IP and traffic alerts are clues, not proof of wrongdoing. Check the account and provider records before taking action. This shows the latest 100 events.

Retention review

Remove resolved routine security events older than 90 days after checking that none needs to be kept for a dispute, legal hold or reporting obligation. Unresolved cases are kept for review.
